Two week exclusivity

Where a client wishes to engage with Mode 3 Executive Search on a contingent (no up-front fee) rather than retained basis, we will generally seek to establish a two week period of exclusivity to search for candidates.

This enables us to concentrate on finding and attracting the best talent, and selling your role in the best light.  We will pre-screen every applicant and also research the passive candidate market. This will involve contacting our extensive network for referrals and recommendations.  

Our clients are assured that we will commit the required level of resource, time and effort in order to establish a quality short list of suitable candidates.

In addition, thanks to the favourable packages that we have negotiated, we can provide free advertising on major job boards and business networking sites to widen your potential candidate pool.

We will manage the response and pre-screen all applicants ensuring that unsuitable candidates are filtered out professionally.  Suitable candidates will then be submitted alongside those generated from all other channels.  This ensures full market coverage and a highly quality short list of industry specific candidates.
