Whilst we place upmost importance on delivering professional, expert recruitment solutions to clients and candidates, we do not take ourselves too seriously.  We have built a fun, down to earth team of like-minded people that enjoy coming to work every day.

Our location

Based at the recently redeveloped Townhouse in the bustling centre of Hertford, we are proud to work in the most prestigious business location in the area.

We have a bright, modern office with access to great facilities including 2 boardrooms, multiple break-out areas, breakfast / lunch-room and outside seating for the summer!

If you have a proven ability in freight recruitment, supply chain recruitment or shipping recruitment, please do get in touch for a confidential chat. We are also always interested to hear from exceptional recruiters operating within other niche markets, either keen to learn a new specialism, or even establish and head up a new specialist division for Mode 3.

About you

  • Charismatic and intelligent, you are a people person, able to engage others and develop relationships
  • A natural communicator, you will be confident conversing both face to face and over the telephone
  • Equally important is an ability to listen and a natural eagerness to continually learn from others
  • Tenacious and resilient, you take the rough with the smooth but maintain a positive outlook
  • With an entrepreneurial spirt, you are able to recognise and create opportunity through a direct, consultative sales approach
  • You will have an ability to compose written communications to a high degree of quality and accuracy
  • You will be comfortable working with Microsoft applications, and learn new I.T. systems quickly
  • Above all you will be heavily motivated to earn fantastic money, and be prepared to work hard to achieve this
