Record Month & Uptake In Retainers

It has been an extremely busy third quarter at Mode 3 Executive Search which has cumulated in our best ever month in September.  In-line with our mantra to provide the best talent for our clients from the board room to the operations desk, we have successfully recruited a really wide range of candidates, and we are working on some exciting assignments moving into October.

The quarter has also seen a considerable increase in the number of our clients wishing to partner with Mode 3 on an exclusive retained basis, and we have received some fantastic feedback on our service.

The team have been working on a number of particularly demanding assignments lately, and have risen to the challenge to produce some outstanding results.

Notably we have placed in an entirely new corporate sales team for an ambitious privately owned freight forwarding business.  The client had been trying for over 12 months to recruit a number of Sales Managers in order to achieve some pretty aggressive growth targets.  Having turned to Mode 3’s retained service when a number of other recruitment companies had failed to deliver, the client has now secured some exceptionally talented people and all are looking forward to an exciting 2016.
