You will be working as part of a supply chain team assisting with the ongoing operational management of major retail customers. The opportunity offers extensive opportunities for personal development, training and clear progression paths.

  • Ensuring customers are provided with up to date sailing schedules
  • Ensure that key product lines and launches arrive in at the destination on time
  • Advising Clients of any changes to planned shipments or deliveries
  • Run and analyse reporting linked to each customers panned shipments
  • Run and analyse Client reporting
  • Complete Origin and destination dashboard chasers
  • Understand and follow SOP requirements
  • Escalate any issues that may impact client SLAs
  • Consolidate weekly market updates
  • Review inbound purchase order files
  • Dashboard maintenance – removing cancelled orders etc. to maintain a clean dashboard
  • Manage daily activity via Action lists / updates / dashboard

Requirements

  • Excellent I.T. skills including good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V LOOKUP and Pivot Tables (essential)
  • Relevant experience in supply chain management of freight forwarding
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
